The app includes a range of meditation and sleep experiences. You can choose to meditate in a silent, relaxing environment or guided by an audio experience, all of which are captured by the app and provided to you in real-time.
The guided meditations include a variety of techniques that help you to better understand and manage your emotions, stress, insomnia, and other brain and body signals.
You can choose to pair the app with a Muse headband and experience the guided meditations in the context of your headband. The app will work independently or together with all Muse headbands.
